The mission of The Tri-State Independent Blind Society is to improve the quality of life for the visually impaired and help them live independently.
The Tri-State Independent Blind Society Inc. was organized in December of 1972, and incorporated under the laws of Iowa as a non-profit organization 501(c) 3 on February 27, 1973. The Tri-State Independent Blind Society was formed to help and support individuals with vision loss.
OFFICE HOURS: MON - FRI 9:00 AM-4:30PM. BOOKSTORE HOURS: MON - FRI 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. BINGO HOURS: WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS---PRE-WARM-UPS AT 6:20 PM and REGULAR GAMES AT 7:00 PM
Thank you DUBUQUE RACING ASSOCIATION/MYSTIQUE CASINO on the 2011 grant funds of $10,000 to help purchase a 2010 van to provide transportation to our blind and low-vision clients.
